Watching New York’s Thanksgiving Day parade is as much of a Thanksgiving tradition as turkey and pumpkin pie. But it’s not the only parade you can watch this year.

Time: 8:30 a.m. ET

The 98th edition of New York’s Thanksgiving Day Parade features 17 of the iconic giant character balloons, 22 floats, 11 marching bands, and 10 performance groups. It’s expected to last almost four hours and cover a 2.5-mile route through the heart of New York City.

Watch Chicago’s annual Thanksgiving Day Parade live

Time: 8 a.m. CT

Organizers for the beloved Chicago Thanksgiving Day Parade say this year’s 90th anniversary will be the best one yet. The three-hour event will be jam-packed with performers, balloons and marching bands from across the country.

Watch Houston 75th Anniversary Thanksgiving Day Parade live

Time: 9 a.m. CT

Located in the heart of downtown Houston, this event is one of the oldest Thanksgiving Day parades in the country. The parade will traverse over 20 city blocks and feature elaborate floats, colorful marching bands, high-flying balloons and other uniquely Houston entries.
