Two people were killed in a Loganville house fire Monday night.

Firefighters and police were called to a house on Lee Byrd Road around 10:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officials said the home was fully engulfed in flames.

Investigators said once the fire was under control, they found the two bodies inside. Officials have not released their identities.

The fire possibly started in the back of the home and spread quickly. Loganville police said the fire was so intense, it scorched several cars parked behind the home and caused some propane tanks to melt.

No word on what caused the fire.
