ATHENS, Ga. - The University of Georgia Athletic Association has reached a $1.5 million settlement in a lawsuit stemming from a 2023 car crash that claimed the lives of two members of the football program and severely injured a third passenger.
According to documents obtained by Online Athens, the settlement was paid to the plaintiff, Victoria "Tori" Bowles, who was a backseat passenger in an SUV driven by UGA recruiting staffer Chandler LeCroy.
