Vocal police protester runs for Atlanta City Council President

He has been at the center of two FOX 5 I-Team investigations and now the Atlanta man accused of impersonating a police officer and posing as an FBI agent wants to be at the center of the Atlanta City Council.

Tyree Page, better known as Sir Maejor, has been an outspoken activist with Black Lives Matter of greater Atlanta. Thursday, he announced his plan to run for Atlanta City Council President.

Maejor’s team said he filed his paperwork Thursday morning at City Hall and he is running because he has a “social responsibility and moral obligation to step up.”

Page ultimately pled guilty to a misdemeanor obstruction charge and is currently on probation. As for the other charges against page, they were dropped.
