Voting machine pulled in Bryan County after complaint

The Bryan County Election Supervisor has pulled a voting machine after a complaint that it flipped a vote in the presidential race.

Election Supervisor Cindy Reynolds said she cannot verify there was a problem, but she took the machine down as a precaution.

Reynolds said there was an issue earlier with the sensitivity of the touchscreen, but said there have been no major issues during the county’s earlier voting.

Turn out in the county has been heavy, according to Reynolds, and so far she said the process has been quite successful.
