Water main break forced DeKalb County students to be bused to another school

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A water main break forced some DeKalb County students to spend the day at a different school.

Students at Henderson Middle School spent Tuesday at Tucker Middle School because of that break.

The break happened along Henderson Mill Road between Glenrose Drive and Midvale Road around 5:45 a.m. Crews were forced to close the road in that area while repairs were being made.

The leak caused service interruption to several locations and water officials said residents in the area who experience brown water should run their faucets until it runs clear.

Repairs are expected to be completed by 1 a.m. Wednesday.
