More details are emerging about the two men arrested Wednesday in the cold-blooded murder of a northwest Atlanta wine bar manager during a violent takeover robbery. Authorities said one of the men has a prior murder arrest.

Authorities in Fulton and DeKalb counties confirmed Ira Troy Williams is a murder suspect in both counties. Atlanta Police said the 19-year-old is the fourth and final suspect wanted for the savage murder of beloved restaurant manager Chelsea Beller. DeKalb County police charged him with felony murder in May 2016. Turns out, Williams was out on bond for that crime when police said he and his accomplices robbed the Barcelona Wine Bar in November 2017

APD's Fugitive Squad tracked down Williams Wednesday afternoon near Stone Mountain and took him to the Fulton County Jail. They also arrested Terry Jones February 28 at Atlanta's airport. Atlanta police arrested Samuel Ott and Carlous Bailey several weeks ago.

Security cameras were rolling at the popular restaurant on Howell Mill Road as Beller appeared to follow the robbers' every order that night. According to Atlanta police, 29-year-old Beller was ruthlessly shot and killed even after she opened the safe.

Thursday, FOX 5 News confirmed Williams, the last suspect arrested, still has a murder case pending in DeKalb County. In May 2016, DeKalb County Police charged the teenager and Rahil Jones with felony murder and attempt to commit armed robbery at a home near Stone Mountain.

According to a DeKalb County Police incident report, Nicolas Cramer was found with a gunshot wound to the chest and a gun in his hand the night of April 28, 2016. His girlfriend told DeKalb County Police the armed robbers demanded cash and ran away.

A spokeswoman for the DeKalb County District Attorney told FOX 5's Portia Bruner Williams was released on bond after his 2016 arrest. In a statement, Yvette Jones said Williams has not been indicted because there is insufficient evidence to present to a grand jury.

A judge denied bond Thursday morning at the Fulton County Jail shortly after Williams waived his right to a first court appearance.
