A woman battling terminal cancer took to Facebook to find a home for her loving animals she calls, 'The Aussie Posse'.

"This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do." writes Kathleen Zuidema, of Friday Harbor Washington. "My heart is breaking and I'm sobbing as I write this."

Her dogs, Australian Shepard and Border Collie mixes, Autumn Moon, 11, Moka Luka, 41/2, and Finnegan, 4, have been with her 24/7. But now that the cancer has progressed, Zuidema says she felt it was time that she found a new home her posse could thrive in.

She knows they will be accepted by many, but has one exception.

"They are a package deal," she says. "It is a huge thing to ask of one person, but the thought of them being separated is more than l can bear. They have always been together."

A loving home where someone could be with them 24/7 is the biggest wish Zuidema has for her pups.

"They are wonderful to be with... the love they give and joy that they bring me every day has been unbelievable."

Please help 'The Aussie Posse'! These pups deserve a home where they can continue to love life, and give someone the beautiful joy Zuidema has experienced with them all these years.
