Woman shot killed over eviction, police say
An argument over an eviction ended with a woman dead in NW Atlanta Sunday afternoon. Police say it happened on Margaret Place. Officials say they have a person of interest in custody, but have not released their name or whether they were face charges.
ATLANTA - A woman is dead after being shot Saturday afternoon at a residence in the 900 block of Margaret Place NW near Hollywood Road NW.
Police say the unresponsive woman was transported to a hospital where she died.
Detectives were able to identify a person of interest. They say the woman was involved in an argument over eviction before being shot.

75-year-old Winston Muhammad was later arrested for murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
He was transported to Fulton County Jail.
