The Dallas County District Attorney's office says its domestic violence case against Johnny Manziel has been rescheduled for another grand jury.
The current grand jury term expired and the case will be rescheduled with a new Dallas County grand jury, whose term begins in April and runs through June.
Manziel, 23, could be charged with misdemeanor assault. His ex-girlfriend accused him of domestic violence in January after an incident that started in a Dallas hotel and ended in Fort Worth.
Dallas police finished their investigation into the incident in February.
