Those are just a few of the reasons why the head of the Georgia Restaurant Association says reopening Monday or any time soon is more than a notion.

Last week Sean Keenan, the owner of Napoleon's, created a temporary drive-thru in order to try and stay in business during the downturn created by the COVID-19 restrictions.
