Medical examiner testifies during Ahmaud Arbery murder trial

The GBI Medical Examiner testified there was nothing emergency medial crews could have done to save Ahmaud Arbery's life by the time they arrived at the scene. The prosecution rested its case on Tuesday, on the eighth day of the trial of the three men charged in the death of Arbery.
