Atlanta police update details in Thomas Arnold murder along the Atlanta BeltLine

Atlanta Police Homicide Commander Ralph Woolfolk gave an update into the investigation of the murder of Thomas Arnold whose body was found along a popular section of the Atlanta BeltLine towards the end of February. The reward in the case is now at $35,000.
