Scene at Uvalde, Texas elementary school following deadly mass shooting

Sixteen people are dead, including 14 children, one teacher, and the suspected gunman following a report of an "active shooter" at Robb Elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, Texas Governor Greg Abbott reported.
