Residents say fire fighters struggled to get water to cease a Clayton County apartment fire

Residents speak out after a fire raged for hours and burned down a 16 unit apartment complex in Clayton County. Terrell Samuels said he witnessed the difficult time fire fighters had to get water to put the fire out.
