Coweta County man arrested and found with a pedophile manual, deputies say

Coweta County Sheriff's officials say they arrested Joshua Allwine, 44, as they discovered he was in possession of a "how to manual for sexually exploiting children, including infants." Authorities say Allwine is being charged with possession of child pornography.
