Atlanta's 911 centers urges people only to call for true emergencies

The city of Atlanta’s Emergency 911 Center is asking yet again for people to call only in times of an emergency. Officials released a phone call on Wednesday highlighting just one of the many reasons not to dial 911. This time, it was a long red light.
