ACLU and SPLC filed emergency litigation to extend the period Cobb County voters affected by absentee ballot 'mishap' have to get their late ballots counted. Cobb County officials reassure the public that if the judge votes in favor of this extension to have the votes counted, all actual voting must be completed by the end of Election Day.
