Arctic blast causing pipes to burst across metro Atlanta

Warmer weather is on the way, but the frigid Arctic blast is still causing problems around metro Atlanta. A number of apartment complexes and homes are still without water after pipes burst in the cold. Seniors at one apartment complex say they haven’t had service for days.
