Reversible center lane light may have malfunctioned, City to pay over $3M settlement

Members of the Atlanta City Council are set to pay a family more than $3 million to settle an accident claim where a motorcyclist was struck and killed. The collision took place on a major thoroughfare that features a reversible center lane.
