Agreement reached to move forward with APD training facility

Atlanta and DeKalb County strike an agreement they say will protect the environment while spurring business around what opponents call cop-city, a controversial training center for Atlanta police and first responders. The planned training facility has been at the center of a fierce battle between law enforcement and protesters.
