Atlanta police make arrests in motorcycle theft, chop-shop ring

At least two men face charges after being accused in an Atlanta motorcycle theft and chop-shop ring. One of them, FOX 5 was told by a police source, has been on the Atlanta Police Department's radar since Summer 2021.
