3 arrested after shootout over stolen car in south DeKalb County

A DeKalb County man has a violent run-in with some suspected car thieves after he spots them driving his girlfriend's stolen car. He got into a shootout with the suspects. It happened in a neighborhood off of Panthersville Road in south DeKalb County on Friday morning.
