Georgia lawmaker pushes for statewide ban on booting cars

One Georgia lawmaker is pushing for a statewide ban on booting cars. Democratic Sen. Josh McLaurin sponsored a bill in the Senate that would make the enforcement of booting illegal in Georgia. It has gotten bi-partisan support.
