State Senate approves bill which could remove prosecutors
The state Senate approved a bill that supporters say would create more oversight for district attorneys and solicitor-generals in Georgia. It would create the "Prosecuting Attorneys Qualifications Commission" with the power to remove prosecutors from office. Some detractors say the bill is politically motivated.
