Accident involving man in wheelchair prompts changes to Atlanta roadway

What happened to a wheelchair-bound man may lead to a change in a traffic law on a busy Buckhead road. A driver struck a man in February. Turns out, that driver may not have seen him while he was trying to navigate Peachtree Road.
