Kemp confirms Troup County severe storm was EF-3 tornado

After touring several areas of West Georgia that were devastated by severe weather over the weekend, Gov. Kemp stopped to address the public about what he had seen and the efforts being made by law enforcement and emergency officials to help these communities recover.
