Steak dinners? Authorities address Fulton County Jail smuggling issue

Inmates at the Fulton County Jail are persuading, or maybe paying, officers and other jail staff members to purchase restaurant meals and then smuggle them into the facility. One incident was caught on camera. FOX 5 asked questions about this seemingly continued problem with misconduct at the jailhouse.
