More Georgia medical cannabis companies sue state over bid rejection

Yet another medical marijuana legal battle is underway, according to lawyer Jakes Evans who represents seven medical marijuana companies that have filed suits arguing the bid process was unlawful and ripe rife with conflicts of interest. The companies were losing bidders in the bid process.
