Rabid bobcat attacks Banks County 9-year-old, family frustrated with county's inaction

A Banks County family is still processing a vicious attack in which a bobcat scratched and bit a 9-year-old boy, forcing the father to jump in and shoot the animal. The family says they are frustrated with the county's inaction, especially after the cat tested positive for rabies and neighbors weren't alerted.
