New calls for federal investigation in Atlanta public safety training site shooting death

Manuel Teran was shot and killed by law enforcement at the site of the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center, which opponents have dubbed "cop city", on Jan. 18. Two days after his autopsy report was released, Atlanta City Council members are calling for the federal government to investigate his death.
