Family wins land battle with Gwinnett County

The Livsey family is celebrating their win to hold on to their legacy. The property is called the Promised Land and Gwinnett County was attempting to take it away. It has been in the family since the 1920s and after a public uproar, it looks like the issue has been tabled.
