Atlanta officers MIA during active shooting

A 'help call" was issued law enforcement during the active shooting in Midtown Atlanta where 5 women were shot at a medical facility. The call meant for all officers in the area, able and ready, to join patrol efforts. But, it appears one group of Atlanta officers did not respond. Those officers remained at their assignment guarding the controversial police training site in unincorporated DeKalb County.
