Tour rundown, infested Atlanta police academy

Rats, cockroaches and raw sewage. That describes the conditions Atlanta recruits and officers endured trying to conduct classwork at the old police academy. Atlanta's police chief gave reporters a tour of the unsafe facility hoping people would see why he is pushing for the construction of the planned training site in DeKalb County.
