Partial crane collapse forces residents out

Some residents are still without their homes after a partial crane collapse in Midtown forced them to evacuate. Four construction workers were injured in the collapse, and they're recovering at home. Now, the focus shifts to carefully dismantling the crane and getting people back into their homes.
