MARTA breaks ground on new rapid service

A new type of bus service will soon come to the streets of Atlanta. MARTA officials broke ground on the project in Summerhill in southeast Atlanta. The ground breaking comes as there’s talk about potentially allowing some people to ride MARTA for free.
