Controversial Brookhaven annexation discussed

A plan to annex portions of DeKalb County into Brookhaven is still being met with criticism. A public hearing was held at the Brookhaven City Council meeting Wednesday night. Several people spoke about the move that would bring several neighborhoods and Toco Hill into the city.
