Deadly shooting at DeKalb County gas station

A new DeKalb County law gets its first big test after a deadly shooting at a gas station off Browns Mill Road. The new ordinance requires all gas stations to have high-definition cameras at pumps and pay stations as well as entrance and exits. Will it help to catch this shooter?
