Fulton County Jail woes

Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat is speaking publicly for the first time since the Department of Justice announced it will investigating his jail. The feds say their investigation will focus on the conditions and culture of the jail after another inmate died in the sheriff’s office’s custody earlier this week.
