Search for siblings swept away in flash flood

It's not day four of the search for a young brother and sister who got swept away in Pennsylvania floodwaters. Crews are using equipment on land, underwater and in the sky to find them. Nine-month-old Conrad and his big sister Matilda are still somewhere out there. Officers are hoping to find them alive, and soon.
