Fulton Co. Jail inmate beats guard after ignoring order

Authorities say a Taser was not enough to stop a Fulton County Jail inmate who got up from the floor and charged an officer. Officials say he hit the officer several times and injured him. As FOX 5 has been reporting, the climate is tense inside the overcrowded facility.
