Suspect identified in Sugarloaf Mills shooting

Gwinnett County Police have identified the gunman in a shooting at Sugarloaf Mills mall last month. Ethan Dumas has been charged with multiple charges including three counts of aggravated assault, criminal damage to property in the first degree.
