This video was shot by SKYFOX Drone of the intersection of Lawshe Street SW and Parson Street SW in Atlanta. It shows debris covering the cars as if the car were completely submerged in water as flash floods brought about by heavy rains rushed into the Downtown Atlanta area on Sept. 14, 2023.
