Cold case solved: Rape, murder of 9-year-old girl

A more than five-decade-old cold case is now closed in Cobb County. The crack in a case that led to an arrest. Nine-year-old Debbie Lynn Randall was raped and murdered back in the 70s, but Monday, the answers about who killed her were revealed. It is something her parents didn’t live to learn.
