Family of man who died in Fulton County Jail files suit

The family of a Fulton County inmate, stabbed to death in the jail before his trial, has notified Fulton County officials that they plan to file suit. The attorneys say Dino Walker was stabbed to death by two inmates when a detention officer walked away from his post for more than an hour.
