Family wants jail held accountable for inmate death

The family of a former Fulton County inmate who died at the jail earlier this year, wants the sheriff to provide better medical care for detainees. Jailers found Montay Stinson unresponsive in his jail cell in July, after he reportedly complained of severe chest and stomach pain.
