ME details role of police take down in suspect's death

The Fulton County Medical Examiner says a man detained by police officers suffered cardiac arrest after they held him face down during the arrest. It's as we now know Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has opened an investigation into the accidental death of 33-year-old Ricky Dorado Jr.
