GSP trooper will not be charged in death of Manual Taran

The Georgia State Patrol troopers who shot and killed a protestor who was defending the land where a police training facility will go, will not face criminal charges. That decision has disappointed the family of Manual Taran, as well as other protestors who oppose the controversial Atlanta Police and Fire Training Center in DeKalb County.
