Police dispute commissioner's date rape drug claim

Vice Chair of the Clayton County Board of Commissioners Felicia Franklin claims she was drugged while out at a bar. She posted on Facebook that she was slipped what's commonly known as the "date-rape drug" into her drink, but police say there's no evidence proving that happened.
