Andrew Young remembers Rosalynn Carter
Former Atlanta Mayor Ambassador Andrew Young was the first African American to hold the position in 1977 and he says a big reason he was able to shatter the glass ceiling was because of the Carters. After hearing about former first lady Rosalynn Carter's death, he spoke to FOX 5 Atlanta exclusively about his close relationship with the family.
